Amazing Fluffy Chocolate Cake Recipe



Ingredients

for the cake:

2 eggs

3/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup light brown sugar

3/4 cup of oil

1 cup of milk

3/4 cup cocoa

¾1 cups of flour

2 teaspoons baking soda powder

1 cup of water

For coating:

200 grams of dark chocolate

200 ml sweet cream



Preparation:

  • Heat the oven to 170 degrees.

  • In a bowl, place eggs, oil, and milk and beat well until combined.

  • Add the white and brown sugar, beat again until combined.

  • Add all the dry ingredients: cocoa, flour, powder and baking soda, beat until smooth.

  • Finally add the water and beat until smooth.

  • Pour the batter into the pan, bake the cake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out without crumbs.

  • Take out the cake and continue making the ganache.

  • Place dark chocolate and sweet cream in a bowl, melt in the microwave in pulses of 30 seconds until completely melted.

  • With a toothpick make small holes on the cake and then pour the hot ganache on the cake.

  • transfer to cool in the refrigerator or leave to cool at room temperature.
